Stephanie Dinh graduated from Simon Fraser University (SFU) with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology in May 2008. Her education also include: Health and Fitness certificate; Applied Human Nutrition certificate from SFU; certified EPIC Lift Evaluator; and CBI Health Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator. Since graduation, Stephanie has been working in active exercise rehabilitation and return to work programs with clients from private to ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and third Party Insurers. Her objective is to assist those with injuries gain control and function of their lives through evidence-based biomechanical treatment and exercise prescription.
Coquitlam is Stephanie’s hometown and she loves living in the Tri-cities. She takes great pride in being a member of this phenomenal city by volunteering her time whenever possible. Stephanie has volunteered her time for the manor at Eagle Ridge Hospital, Healthy Heart Program at Burnaby Hospital, BC Cancer Agency at Surrey Memorial Hospital, Mental Health & Addiction Program at Burnaby Hospital, Belcarra Regional Park, and Lakeshore Care Centre.Stephanie is currently a Volunteer Driver for the Port Moody Share Food Bank Senior Better at Home Program where she delivers food to home bound seniors throughout the Tri-city area.
Stephanie loves being in nature. In her spare time she takes her inReach Satellite beacon and her Portuguese Water Dog (Orchid) on hiking, snowshoeing, and backcountry camping adventures. Stephanie truly believes incorporating nature with evidence-based exercise prescription program will expedite one’s own body healing process and enable a longer lasting recovery.
