These are a few of the many questions that people ask when they are begining their practice of meditation. It can be quite overwhelming as there are myriads of styles and techniques out there, each with there own focus and purpose.
Here at Serenity Health, we look into not only the nature of the mind but most importantly the power of the Heart. We believe its important to start slow and to allow your experiences on and off the cushion to inspire and motivate you every day.

Shaun Marshall, CMI has been practicing meditation for most of his life and sees it as the foundation for bringing peace into life. He offers both private meditation sessions and group meditation classes Monday evenings starting at 7:30 at Serenity Health.
