Together our team has over 35 years of clinical experience, and we are thrilled to join you on your wellness journey.

Many Extended Medical Plans cover all of our services separately. We do direct billing to most of the Extend Medical Plan companies for your convenience or we can provide receipts for your insurance coverage purposes. Please be sure to complete the extended benefits information in your patient profile on Jane and/or request this option with reception before your first appointment.

You do not need a referral to see any of our practitioners.

Every practitioner offers a complementary 15 minute consultation to see if they will be the right fit for you.
